The Role: As the Creator in Residence, you’ll be the driving force behind innovative cricket content & programming. You’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing a vibrant community of creators, influencers, & fans, guiding them to produce compelling content that captures the spirit of cricket.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce original cricket-related content that sets the bar for creativity and engagement.
• Facilitate community members in conceptualizing and creating their content, ensuring a diverse and high-quality content pipeline.
• Evaluate content pilots and ideas, identifying those with the highest potential for success and audience appeal.
• Assist creators in securing financing for their projects, providing mentorship throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Awake Cricket platform’s content offerings and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation, media production, or a related field.
• A deep understanding of cricket, its history, and its global impact.
• Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to captivate an audience through various media formats.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of inspiring and guiding creators of all experience levels.
• Experience in project management, from ideation to execution and distribution.
